Telephone survey of registered voters within the City of St Petersburg, conducted on August 4th, 2012:

In our early August St. Petersburg general city poll, we asked about a the Lens pier, support for the Republican National Convention pre-party at Tropicana field and the police chase policy. The Mayor and City Council both saw their approval ratings go down significantly, this poll was taken just two days after city council voted to reject the vote-on-the-pier referendum petitions. Red light cameras saw their approval go up slightly.

Total people polled: 2422

These results were scientifically weighted by political party, race, gender and age.
